Our snail farm CARACOLES DE ALISTE was born with the aim of generating wealth in the Aliste region in order to stop, with our grain of sand, depopulation in rural areas.
We currently have 9,000 m2 of outdoor fattening farm in the open sky.
We also have a 200 m2 warehouse, of which 100 m2 are a reproduction room, in which we make our own fingerlings for our fattening snail farms and also sell them for others. The remaining 100 m2 for storage, snail drying and a cold room to keep the product in perfect condition.
